Top 10 Foods You Should Eat For Energy

If you want to be healthy and look good but most importantly if you need to increase your energy, you must add this 10 food to your regular diet and eat them regularly. I believe there is no temporary diet; I believe there is a right diet for your body type since everyone is different.

But these foods I’ll talk about are beneficial for most people. In a short period of time, you may notice a difference in your energy levels and mental health.

I have been doing experiments for the last 20 years. Including me and other people who have different body types since I believe everyone is different and reacts to certain things and food differently. Therefore, there is no one specific diet for everyone.

I made an experiment as I added these foods to my regular diet for 2 weeks. Basically, 80 percent of my diet included these mentioned foods.

And I didn’t include these foods in my diet for another 2 weeks. Only one person did not notice a major difference in energy levels.

The rest of the people noticed around a 20 percent to 50 percent difference in overall vitality and well-being as they reported more energy, better sleep, and better recovery from workouts.

Some people add some of these foods to their diet on the other hand some people never eat these foods regularly, unfortunately.

These are the top 10 foods that give you the most energy and help you to increase vitality if eaten regularly. The listed foods are also easier to digest than most other foods.

4- Chicken Breast (Juicy)

The reason for chicken breast being on this list is, that chicken breast is the easiest meat to digest when compared to other meat sources like red meat or pork. That’s why it is the number one choice for athletes and bodybuilders.

Quality beef or lamb meat are also can be eaten in moderation and are not too hard to digest for some people who have stronger stomach acid and a strong digestive system.

This popular food is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamins. Salmon is easier to digest than red meat so it requires less energy and time to absorb the beneficial nutrients from it. Atlantic and wild salmon are the most popular types of this fish and can be purchased fresh from some supermarkets.

Dates are one of my favorite fruit supplying a whole host of benefits to the digestive system, brain, and heart. Dates are a good source of magnesium, potassium, copper, and selenium, as well as antioxidants.

I prefer medjool dates which are bigger and juicer compared to smaller ones. Great powerful snack to boost energy and increase vitality while hiking, doing exercise and other forms of sports.
